Why?
I built Textosan because it was a product that I personally felt was missing. Having tried many different word processors and editors myself I always felt like they were either too clunky with a million buttons or lacked key insights. I thought that maybe I could create a better one myself, and so Textosan was born. I really hope that Textosan can be of as much use to you as it has been for me!
What do I get?
You the Textosan desktop application, including all analytics features, visualizations and so on.
What are the system requirements?
Textosan is designed to run on macOS Monterey 12.4 or later. A Windows version is currently in closed beta and require Windows 10 or later. A minimum of an Apple M1 or later or Intel-based MacBook Pro 2018 or later, MacBook Air 2020 or later is recommended with at least 1GB of free RAM. Note that rendering large, heavy graphs can become sluggish on older computers. Performance will vary depending on the workload.
What happens after I buy it?
After you buy Textosan you will be sent a product key as well as a download link for the software. After downloading and installing the software you will be prompted for your product key for activation. Follow the activation instructions and Textosan will be ready to use.
Do you offer a trial version?
No, unfortunately I do not currently offer a trial. This is something that I have considered, but is not currently on the roadmap.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with Textosan I offer refunds up to 14 days after your purchase. Please use the contact link at the very bottom of this page, include your order number in the message, your full name and from what email the purchase was made. Refunds are usually issued within 3 working days.
Who are you?
My name is Henrik! I am among other things the author of 'I Like Patents' and someone who loves writing. With a long history within in the IT industry as a developer, tech lead and CTO, and having coded for over two decades, I realized that I had the perfect set of skills to create my own writing software just the way I wanted it. With Textosan I have tried to apply my personal writing experiences to create a digital-first text editor that is free from distractions and focuses on the core of writing.
